Care for the house you live in.

Pine & Porch Home Services is a fictional neighborhood practice for small residential repairs, paint touch-ups, and seasonal upkeep. The pages here are for a migration demonstration. There is no crew to hire and no visit to book.

What we take on

Minor household repairs

Short tasks around doors, cabinets, and small wall dings.

Painting and touch-ups

Seasonal home maintenance

A planned walk through gutters, weatherstripping, and the outside of the house.

A look at the kind of work

These drawings show the sort of tasks the practice describes. They are illustrations, not photographs of customer projects. See the project examples.

Porch rail touch-up

Hallway scuff repair

How a visit works

We talk through the task before any tools come out, protect the floors and furniture nearby, and agree on a time we can keep. When the work is done, we wipe down the area and walk through it with you.
