The practice takes small residential jobs that can be finished in a visit or two. Nothing on this page is a license, certification, or promise that a real trade would make.
Minor household repairs

Loose hinges, sticking doors, small drywall dings, and a trap under a sink that drips are the kind of tasks we mean. The work stays inside the house and inside an agreed list. If a job needs a licensed electrician, a plumber, or a structural permit, we say so and stop.
Painting and touch-ups

A scuffed hallway, a porch rail, or a single room that needs a fresh coat. We mask the edges, cover the floor, and keep the paint where it belongs. This practice does not claim lead-paint certification or any other painting credential.
Seasonal home maintenance

Before a season changes, a visit can cover gutter clearing, weatherstripping, and a walk around the outside of the house. The list is written down first, so the afternoon has a finish line. Shutoff reminders for outdoor faucets are noted. We do not inspect roofs for insurance or sign off on building work.
