Pine & Porch is not a real company. The story below is invented for a WordPress migration demonstration. It does not describe a person, an address, or a business you can call.
The invented story
The practice started as a way to talk about ordinary house care. First a porch stair that squeaked. Then a hallway that needed a small patch. Then a standing visit each spring and fall for the homes nearby. There is no storefront, no fleet, and no staff beyond the person who arrives with a toolbox.
The neighborhood in that story is fictional too. Appointments, if this were a real practice, would be by arrangement rather than at a published street address.
